WOMENS: OVER 21 - OVER 30* - OVER 35 - OVER 40 - OVER 50*

COED: OPEN (18+) - OVER 21 - OVER 30* - OVER 35 - OVER 40

*Gift Players allowed in Over 30 & Over 50 Divisions only

Over 30 allows 3 players 27+
Over 50 allows 5 players 45+

No gift players in Open, Over 21, Over 35, Over 40 divisions

Age is determined by year not date.
Must be division age to play in that division.
Example: to play in over 40 you must turn 40 by 12/31
Open division players must be at least 18 on tournament date to play,

Players may play on 2 teams max, must be in different divisions.

Team registration is open

$1400 per team.

$500 deposit to guarantee your teams spot. Balance will be due in full October 1
No refunds for any reason. Fees paid can not be used for future events
Teams are not confirmed in event until payment is received

Registration closes on October 1 or as divisions sell out

All players must have a valid Drivers License or Passport onsite to match previously submitted ID on online roster

Players caught cheating/fake ID will cause entire team to forfeit remainder of the event. No refunds or financial compensation will be given to teams impacted

Games start 7am daily and end by 7pm daily

Mandatory team manager check in Friday November 10, 2023 at the fields. 12pm-6pm

Division champions will receive team championship banner, individual gift for each player on roster, 50% off 2024 event, and opportunity to pick 2024 games times.

All players will be required to complete online roster form to include copy of ID, selfie, and a unique email address. Players will be emailed a participant waiver to be signed online only.

Team Manager Responsibilities:

Manage team roster. All players must be listed on the team roster online no later than 11/7. No changes or additions will be allowed after this date.
Upload team photo or logo artwork by 10/1
Upload team jersey colors by 10/1
Monitor team roster to verify all players have been sent an online waiver by 11/7.
Verify all players have completed online waiver no later than 11/10, 6pm. Players that have not completed this online via emailed form will not be allowed to play.
Check in entire team on Friday 11/10 anytime between 12pm-6pm. If your team is not checked in they can't play. You can send a representative in your place if needed.
