Every time you complete a form you will be directed to this page as a confirmation the form has been received.
TEAM APPLICATION
Once you have submitted a team application, payment is due to confirm your team. You will get an email with a copy of the application with payment instructions included. We will not confirm your team until payment is received.
Confirmations may take up to 72 hours.
Please make sure you add Salina@FriendshipSports.com to your safe sender's email box, as all communication will come from that address.
ROSTER ENTRY
Once you have submitted your name to the team roster AND we have had time to verify your information, you will get an email from us confirming you have been added to the roster. Check your spam folder for an email from Salina@FriendshipSports.com. All of the communication will go to the email you supplied on the roster form.
ROSTER UPDATES & CHANGES
Changes and update requests to the roster are NOT automatic. It may take up to 72 hours to reflect on the roster. Roster changes will not start until 30 days before the event.
PLAYER WAIVERS
Waivers are NOT automatically sent. This is a manual process for us. Just because 1 person got a waiver does not mean everyone did. View your roster for when/if a waiver was sent and/or completed.
DO NOT send us emails asking for a waiver. We will send players a waiver when we are ready to collect that information from that person.
Once you have signed the waiver you will automatically get a copy of the completed waiver. This may take up to 96 hours to show complete on your roster.
FREE AGENTS
Once you have added yourself to the list, your information will be posted for all to see. To be removed from the list, please click "Remove Me" on the free agent page.
