Coed Divisions must have equal # male/female players on the field (goalie excluded). See rules.

Friday/Saturday/Sunday Event - See details below

Saturday and Sunday games start at 7 am daily and will end by 7 pm daily
Friday games will be offered as an option for Coed Over 30 & Women's Over 40 Only.
Divisions with Friday games will have 1 game on Friday (between 12 pm & 4 pm), 2 games on Saturday (may request 7 am -2 pm or 2 pm -7 pm), and 1 game on Sunday morning. Semifinal & final rounds to follow.
Friday games will be from 12 pm - 4 pm, ending by 5 pm at the latest. Must choose the Friday option on the registration form. If you do not choose the Friday option, your team will not be scheduled for a Friday game.

Mandatory team manager check-in: Friday, from 12:00-6:00 pm at the fields.

Division champions will receive a team championship banner, an individual gift for each player on the roster, and 50% off the same 2027 event.

Gift players are allowed in the following divisions:

Coed Over 21 allows three players 18+
Coed Over 30 Competitive (ONLY) allows 3 players 27+
Women's Over 30 allows three players 27+
Women's Over 50 allows three players 47+

Additional age information

Age is determined by the year, not the date.
Must be the division age to play in that division.
Example: to play in over 40, you must turn 40 by the end of the tournament year. (12/31/26)
Over 21 division gift players must be at least 18 on the tournament date to play.

Players may play on up to 2 teams, and they must be in different age divisions. You cannot play in both Coed Over 30 Recreational and Coed Over 30 Competitive.

WAITLIST ONLY - This division is currently full. If a space becomes available, or 2 teams join the waitlist, we will confirm your team's spot. To join the waitlist, you must complete the $600 deposit. The remaining balance will be due later. If no spot becomes available by October 21st, we will refund your payment in full on 10/22.

Registration is $1600 per team. Payable in 3 payments (deposit due at registration application submission; final balance is due 10/21).

Teams are not confirmed in the event until payment is received

All players must have a valid driver's License or Passport on-site to match the previously submitted ID on the online roster

Players caught cheating/a fake ID will cause the entire team to forfeit the remainder of the event. No refunds or financial compensation will be given to teams impacted

TEAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

All players must complete the online roster form, which includes a copy of their ID, a selfie, and a unique email address. Players will receive an email with a participant waiver to sign online only. Waivers are not sent until mid-October.

Team Manager Responsibilities:

Manage team roster. List all players on the team roster online by 11/3. No changes or additions will be allowed after this date.
Upload team photo or logo artwork by 10/13
Upload team jersey colors by 10/13
Monitor the team roster to verify that all players have been sent an online waiver by 11/3. Waivers are not sent until mid-October.
Verify all players have completed the online waiver no later than 11/4, 9 pm. Players who have not completed this online via the emailed form will not be allowed to play.
Check in the entire team on Friday, anytime between 12 pm and 6 pm. If your team is not checked in, they can't play. You can send a representative in your place if needed.

Waivers are not automatically sent.

All players on the roster will be sent a waiver by 11/3
Can ONLY be signed by the player.
Waivers are sent blank; if your name is autofilled, follow the directions in the waiver to correct. NAME MUST MATCH ID.
Roster shows date waiver was sent.
A reminder will be sent every 24 hours until it is completed.
May take up to 96 hours to show complete on the roster.
Players must correctly complete the online waiver by 9 pm on 11/4 to play. No exceptions.
