  • Coed Divisions must have equal # male/female players on the field (goalie excluded). See rules.

4 games guaranteed, six max.

25-minute halves, 5-minute break

Saturday/Sunday Event

  • Games start at 7 am daily and will end by 7 pm daily

The Game Schedule is posted on your roster on TBD

20 players per roster max

  • Roster due: TBD
  • No changes to roster after TBD, 11:59 pm

Mandatory team manager check-in: Friday, from 12:00-6:00 pm at the fields.


Division champions will receive a team championship banner, an individual gift for each player on the roster, and 50% off the same 2026 event.

DIVISIONS

Teams are not accepted and guaranteed entry until payment has been received. 


COED DIVISIONS: 

OVER 21 - OVER 25 - OVER 30 Recreational - OVER 30 Competitive - OVER 35 - OVER 40

WOMEN'S DIVISIONS: 

OVER 30 - OVER 35 - OVER 40 - OVER 50 


Gift Players allowed in Over 21 & Over 50 Divisions

  • Over 21 allows three players 18+
  • Over 50 allows three players 47+
  • See rules for specifics


Additional age information

  • Age is determined by the year, not the date. 
  • Must be division age to play in that division.  
  • Example: to play in over 40, you must turn 40 by the end of the tournament year. (12/31/26)
  • Over 21 division gift players must be at least 18 on the tournament date to play.

Players may play on a maximum of 2 teams, and they must be in different age divisions.

Registration opens in June 2026

  • Registration is $TBD per team.  Payable in 3 payments (deposit due at registration application submittal; final balance is due TBD).
  • $600 minimum deposit to guarantee your team's spot. Final team balance due TBD
  • No refunds for any reason.  Fees paid can not be used for future events
  • Teams are not confirmed in the event until payment is received

All players must have a valid driver's License or Passport on-site to match the previously submitted ID on the online roster

  • Players caught cheating/a fake ID will cause the entire team to forfeit the remainder of the event.  No refunds or financial compensation will be given to teams impacted

TEAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

All players will be required to complete the online roster form, which includes a copy of ID, a selfie, and a unique email address.  Players will be emailed a participant waiver to be signed online only.  


Team Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage team roster.  All players must be listed on the team roster online no later than end of day on November 4th.  No changes or additions will be allowed after this date.
  • Upload team photo or logo artwork by TBD
  • Upload team jersey colors by TBD
  • Monitor the team roster to verify that all players have been sent an online waiver by TBD.  
  • Verify all players have completed the online waiver no later than TBD, 9 pm.  Players who have not completed this online via the emailed form will not be allowed to play.
  • Check in the entire team on Friday, anytime between 12 pm and 6 pm.  If your team is not checked in, they can't play.  You can send a representative in your place if needed.
  • Know the game rules
  • Control players and sideline guests

waivers

Waivers are not automatically sent.  

  • All players on the roster will be sent a waiver by November 5th
  • Can ONLY be signed by the player.
  • Waivers are sent blank; if your name is autofilled, follow the directions in the waiver to correct. NAME MUST MATCH ID.
  • Roster shows date waiver was sent. 
  • A reminder will be sent every 24 hours until it is completed.
  • May take up to 96 hours to show complete on the roster.
  • Players must correctly complete the online waiver by 9 pm on 11/5 to play.  No exceptions.
