You must be of the correct age to play in that division.

*3 gift players allowed in Over 30 (27+), Over 40 (37+)
**5 gift players allowed in Over 45 (40+). This was formerly the Over 50 division.
Premier, B, C, and D Divisions are all 18+. Players must be 18 years of age or older on the tournament date to participate.

Age is determined by year, not date of birth.

Example: to play in over 40, you must turn 40 by 12/31/2026

Premier Open, B, C, & D Divisions are skill-based. Premier is the highest skill level, with D being the lowest skill level in the tournament

Skill level is interpreted and determined by the players & team registering. It is up to you to choose your players' skill levels and register for the division that best matches your team's skill level & player experience.
If your team wins the championship game in a skill division, the following year your team will automatically move to the next level division. Your team won the D Division last year. The following year, your team will be transferred to the C Division to take advantage of your 50% discount.

Age-based divisions are guaranteed to have players of the same age. There are no skill levels within age-based divisions.

Mandatory team manager check-in on Friday, 11 am - 5 pm (CLOSING PROMPTLY AT 5)

Division champions will receive a team championship banner, an individual gift for each player on the roster, and 50% off the same 2027 event.

Registration fee is $1600
$600 Deposit to guarantee your team's spot. Balance due on April 4. Payable in up to two payments of $500 each.
No refunds for any reason. Fees paid can not be used for future events
Teams are not confirmed in the event until payment is received

All players must have a valid driver's license or passport on-site to match the ID previously submitted online.

Players caught cheating/fake IDs will cause the entire team to forfeit the remainder of the event. No refunds or financial compensation will be given to teams impacted
Players can play on two teams max, one of the teams MUST be an age-based division

All players are required to complete an online roster form, which includes a copy of their ID, a selfie, and a unique email address. Players will be emailed a participant waiver to be signed online only.

Team Manager Responsibilities:

Manage team roster. All players must be listed on the team roster online no later than April 21st. No changes or additions will be allowed after this date.
Upload team photo or logo artwork by March 24th
Upload team jersey colors by March 24th
Monitor team roster to verify all players have been sent an online waiver by April 21st.
Verify all players have completed the online waiver no later than April 22nd. Players who have not completed this online via the emailed form will not be allowed to play.
Check in the entire team on Friday, April 24th, anytime between 2 pm and 6 pm. If your team is not checked in, they can't play. You can send a representative in your place if needed.
