Clark County Parks and Recreation prohibit the consumption of alcohol not purchased on site.
We will have a licensed vendor selling alcohol onsite to those 21+ drinking responsibly.

Clark County Parks and Recreation does not allow vehicles, including RV's to be parked overnight in the parking lot.

Clark County Parks and Recreation prohibits the set up of tailgating/cookouts onsite in field areas, common area, and in parking lots.
Al food vendor will be set up throughout the event.

Clark County Parks and Recreation prohibits animals of any kind in the field areas. All dogs must remain outside the field pods (fenced areas), allowed only in the common areas and remain on a leash at all times.

You are welcome to bring shade tents & chairs. NO METAL STAKES for shade tents. They get left in the grass and kill lawnmowers. It is your responsibility to secure tent with sand bags and promptly take down when wind exceeds 12 mph.
We rent chairs for $20/weekend at the merchandise tent.

Georges Food Truck will be onsite serving up a wide range of delicious food.
Horsetrailer Hideout will be onsite with a full bar. Pre-order cooler packages for pick up at fields available.
James Regional Park has refillable water bottle stations free of charge.

Tournament staff, merchandise, food trucks, bar are located on the concrete quad area adjacent to the physical restroom, splash pad, event lawn between fields 6 & 11.
