The posted days/hours pertain to tournament week ONLY.
Monday/Tuesday - 11 am-7 pm
Wednesday & Thursday - Office closed for on-site setup.
Friday - Available in person only, at check-in starting at the time listed on the tournament page.
Saturday & Sunday - We will be available, IN PERSON ONLY, in the merchandise tents. If you need us you will need use the old school method of face to face friendly conversation as we will not have guaranteed email/phone access until following the event.
