OVER 21* - OVER 25 - OVER 30 - OVER 35 - OVER 40 - OVER 45

Teams are not confirmed in the event until payment is received.

Age is determined by year, not date.

Example: to play in over 40, you must turn 40 by 12/31/2026

You must be division age to play in that division*.

Over 21 Division will allow three players 18+ (all gift players must be 18+ on the tournament date to play).
No gift players in any other division

Players may play on up to 2 teams, but teams must be in different divisions.

Registration is open

$600 Deposit to guarantee your team's spot.
Registration fee is $1600
No refunds for any reason. Fees paid can not be used for future events.
Teams are not confirmed in the event until payment is received.

All players must have a valid driver's License or Passport on-site that matches the ID previously submitted on the online roster.

Players caught cheating/fake IDs will cause the entire team to forfeit the remainder of the event. No refunds or financial compensation will be provided to impacted teams.
Players can play on two teams max, and must be in different divisions

Games start at 7 am daily and end by 7 pm daily

20 players per roster max

Roster due 2 weeks before the event on 5/5. Only five changes will be allowed between 5/5 and 5/12
No changes to the roster after Tuesday, 5/12

Mandatory team manager check-in on Friday before the event, at the fields. 12 pm-6 pm

Division champions will receive a team championship banner, an individual gift for each player on the roster, and 50% off the same event the following year.

All players must complete an online roster form, which requires a copy of their ID (only name, dob, exp, and photo should be visible), a selfie, and a unique email address. Players will be emailed a participant waiver to be signed online only.

Team Manager Responsibilities:

Manage team roster. All players must be listed on the team roster online by 5/12. No changes or additions will be allowed after this date.
Upload team photo or logo artwork by 4/21
Upload team jersey colors by 4/21
Monitor the team roster to verify that all players have been sent an online waiver by 5/12
Verify all players have completed the online waiver no later than 5/13, 7 pm. Players who have not completed this online via the emailed form will not be allowed to play.
Check in the entire team on Friday, anytime between 12 pm and 6 pm. If your team is not checked in, they can't play. You can send a representative in your place if needed.
