Must be division age by 12/31/2025 to play in that division.

Division champions will receive a team championship banner, an individual gift for each player on the roster, and 50% off the following year's event.

All players must have a valid driver's License or Passport onsite to match the previously submitted ID on the online roster.

Players caught cheating/fake IDs will cause the entire team to forfeit the remainder of the event. No refunds or financial compensation will be given to teams impacted
Players can play on two teams max, teams must be in different divisions.

All players must present ID in person at check in to receive player wristband.
Teams are to check in as one.
Players must be checked in 60 minutes prior to game start to play first game.

TEAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

All players will be required to complete an online roster form to include a copy of their ID, selfie, and a unique email address. Players will be emailed a participant waiver to be signed online only.

Team Manager Responsibilities:

Manage team roster. All players must be listed on the team roster online no later than 10/15. No changes or additions will be allowed after this date.
Upload team photo or logo artwork by 10/1
Upload team jersey colors by 10/1
Monitor team roster to verify all players have been sent an online waiver by 10/14.
Verify all players have completed the online waiver no later than 10/17, 7 pm. Players that have not completed this online via the emailed form will not be allowed to play.
