Division champions will receive a team championship banner, an individual gift for each player on the roster, and 50% off the same 2026 event.

DIVISIONS

OVER 21* - OVER 25 - OVER 30 - OVER 35 - OVER 40 - OVER 45

Teams are not confirmed in the event until payment is received.

Age is determined by year, not date.

Example: to play in over 40, you must turn 40 by 12/31/2025

You must be division age to play in that division*.

Over 21 Division will allow 3 players 18+ (all gift players must be 18+ on the tournament date to play).
No gift players in any other division

Players may play on 2 teams max, and must be in different divisions.

Waitlisted Divisions** - There is currently no space available in this division for your team. If you register for a waitlisted division, your team will be confirmed to play in the next available lower-age division. If space becomes available, your team will automatically be moved to the initial requested division. In some cases, we can only add teams to a division in even numbers. For example, if a division has eight teams, we will only add teams in pairs of 2 to keep the division evenly balanced. There are no refunds for payments made if your team does not end up in the division it initially requested.

Team registration is closed

$500 Deposit to guarantee your team's spot.
Registration fee is $1400
No refunds for any reason. Fees paid can not be used for future events.
Teams are not confirmed in the event until payment is received.

All players must have a valid driver's License or Passport onsite to match the previously submitted ID on the online roster.

Players caught cheating/fake IDs will cause the entire team to forfeit the remainder of the event. No refunds or financial compensation will be given to teams impacted.

All players will be required to complete an online roster form to include a copy of their ID, a selfie, and a unique email address. Players will be emailed a participant waiver to be signed online only.

Team Manager Responsibilities:

Manage team roster. All players must be listed on the team roster online no later than 5/14. No changes or additions will be allowed after this date.
Upload team photo or logo artwork by 5/1
Upload team jersey colors by 5/1
Monitor the team roster to verify that all players have been sent an online waiver by 5/13.
Verify all players have completed the online waiver no later than 5/15, 7 pm. Players who have not completed this online via the emailed form will not be allowed to play.
Check in entire team on Friday 5/16, anytime between 12pm-6pm. If your team is not checked in, they can't play. You can send a representative in your place if needed.
