Division champions will receive a team championship banner, an individual gift for each player on the roster, and 50% off the following year's event.

$500 Deposit to guarantee your team's spot. The balance will be due September 22

No refunds for any reason. Fees paid can not be used for future events. Additional details on the team application.
Teams are not confirmed in the event until payment is received

Registration closes on 9/26 or as divisions sell out.

Min 4 teams per division. Please read the details on the team application.

All players must have a valid driver's License or Passport, onsite that matches the ID previously submitted on the online roster.

Players caught cheating/fake IDs will cause the entire team to forfeit the remainder of the event. No refunds or financial compensation will be given to teams impacted
Players can play on two teams max, and teams must be in different divisions.

Tournament check-in will be on Friday at the fields between 11-6 pm.

Teams managers or a representative from the team must check in the entire team in person on Friday.
Players that have not signed a player waiver by October 16th will not be able to play.
No changes will be allowed after October 14th

TEAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

All players will be required to complete an online roster form to include a copy of their ID, a selfie, and a unique email address. Players will be emailed a participant waiver to be signed online only.

Team Manager Responsibilities:

Manage team roster. All players must be listed on the team roster online no later than 10/14. No changes or additions will be allowed after this date.
Upload team photo or logo artwork by 9/26
Upload team jersey colors by 9/26
Monitor the team roster to verify that all players have been sent and have signed an online waiver by 10/16.
Verify that all players have completed the online waiver by 9 p.m. on 10/16. Players who have not completed this online via the emailed form will not be allowed to play.
Team check-in is Friday, 10/17 - 11 - 6 pm
