Mandatory team manager check in Friday November 7, 2025 from 12-6pm at the fields.

Division champions will receive team championship banner, individual gift for each player on roster, 50% off the same 2026 event.

WOMENS DIVISIONS :

OVER 21* - OVER 30* - OVER 35 - OVER 40 - OVER 50*

COED DIVISIONS:

OVER 21* - OVER 30 Rec*, OVER 30 Comp* - OVER 35 - OVER 40

*Gift Players allowed in Over 21, Over 30 & Over 50 Divisions only

Over 30 allows 3 players 27+
Over 50 allows 3 players 47+

No gift players in Over 35, & Over 40 divisions

Age is determined by year not date.
Must be division age to play in that division.
Example: to play in over 40 you must turn 40 by 12/31/25
Open division players must be at least 18 on the tournament date to play,

Players may play on 2 teams max, and must be in different divisions.

Waitlisted Divisions** - There is currently no space available in this division for your team. If you register for a waitlisted division, your team will be confirmed to play in the next available lower-age division. If space becomes available, your team will automatically be moved to the initial requested division. In some cases, we can only add teams to a division in even numbers. For example, if a division has eight teams, we will only add teams in pairs of 2 to keep the division evenly balanced. There will be no refunds for payments made if your team does not end up in the division it initially requested.

All players must have a valid Drivers License or Passport onsite to match previously submitted ID on online roster

Players caught cheating/fake ID will cause entire team to forfeit remainder of the event. No refunds or financial compensation will be given to teams impacted

TEAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

All players will be required to complete online roster form to include copy of ID, selfie, and a unique email address. Players will be emailed a participant waiver to be signed online only.

Team Manager Responsibilities:

Manage team roster. All players must be listed on the team roster online no later than TBD. No changes or additions will be allowed after this date.
Upload team photo or logo artwork by TBD
Upload team jersey colors by TBD
Monitor team roster to verify all players have been sent an online waiver by TBD.
Verify all players have completed online waiver no later than 11/6, 7pm. Players that have not completed this online via emailed form will not be allowed to play.
Check in entire team on Friday 11/7 anytime between 12pm-6pm. If your team is not checked in they can't play. You can send a representative in your place if needed.
