DIVISIONS

Open (18+) Competitive - Open (18+) Recreational - Over 30* - Over 35 - Over 40 - Over 45 - Over 50 - Over 55 - Over 60 - Over 65 - Over 70

Must be division age to play in that division.

*Over 30 allows 3 gift players 27+
No gift players in any other divisions.
There are no skill levels within Over 30 - Over 70 divisions.
Open division all players must be at least 18 years of age on tournament date to play.

Age is determined by year not date.

Example: to play in over 40 you must turn 40 by 12/31/2025

Age-based divisions are all guaranteed to have the same age players.

For 2025 ONLY we are adding an open division (18+). There will be 2 options, competitive & recreational to choose from.

$500 Deposit to guarantee your team's spot.
2025 Registration is $1400
No refunds for any reason. Fees paid can not be used for future events
Teams are not confirmed in the event until payment is received

All players must have a valid Drivers License or Passport onsite to match the previously submitted ID on the online roster

Players caught cheating/fake ID will cause the entire team to forfeit the remainder of the event. No refunds or financial compensation will be given to teams impacted
Players can play on 2 teams max, teams must be in different divisions.

Mandatory team manager check-in on Friday (the night before the event) at the fields. 12 pm-6 pm

Division champions will receive a team championship banner, an individual gift for each player on the roster, and 50% off the same 2026 event.

2025 registered teams

All players will be required to complete an online roster form to include a copy of their ID, selfie, and a unique email address. Players will be emailed a participant waiver to be signed online only.

Team Manager Responsibilities:

Manage team roster. All players must be listed on the team roster online no later than TBD. No changes or additions will be allowed after this date.
Upload team photo or logo artwork by 3/3
Upload team jersey colors by 3/3
Monitor team roster to verify all players have been sent an online waiver by 4/1
Verify all players have completed the online waiver no later than 4/3, 7 pm. Players that have not completed this online via the emailed form will not be allowed to play.
Check in the entire team on Friday anytime between 12 pm-6 pm. If your team is not checked in they can't play. You can send a representative in your place if needed.
