DIVISIONS

PREMIER OPEN (18+) -B DIVISION - C DIVISION - D DIVISION - OVER 30 - OVER 40 - OVER 50

Must be division age to play in that division.

*No gift players in any division
Premier, B, C, D Divisions are all 18+. Player must be 18+ on tournament date to play.

Age is determined by year not date.

Example: to play in over 40 you must turn 40 by 12/31/2025

Premier Open, B, C, & D Divisions are skill based. Premier being the highest skill level with D being the lowest skill level in the soccer tournament

Skill level is interpreted and determined by the players & team registering. It is up to you to determine the skill level of your players and register for the division that best matches your teams skills ability & player experience.
If your team wins the championship game in a skill division, the following year your team will automatically move to the next level division. Ex: Your team won the D Division last year, the following year your team will be moved to the C Division to use your 50% discount.

Age based divisions are all guaranteed to have the same age players. There are no skill levels within age based divisions.

$500 Deposit to guarantee your teams spot.
Registration fee is $1400
No refunds for any reason. Fees paid can not be used for future events
Teams are not confirmed in event until payment is received

All players must have a valid Drivers License or Passport onsite to match previously submitted ID on online roster

Players caught cheating/fake ID will cause entire team to forfeit remainder of the event. No refunds or financial compensation will be given to teams impacted
Players can play on 2 teams max, one of the teams MUST be an age based division

Mandatory team manager check in Friday 4/18, 12pm-6pm

Division champions will receive team championship banner, individual gift for each player on roster, 50% off 2026 event, and opportunity to pick 2026 games times.

All players will be required to complete online roster form to include copy of ID, selfie, and a unique email address. Players will be emailed a participant waiver to be signed online only.

Team Manager Responsibilities:

Manage team roster. All players must be listed on the team roster online no later than April 15th, 9PM. No changes or additions will be allowed after this date.
Upload team photo or logo artwork by 3/24
Upload team jersey colors by 3/24
Monitor team roster to verify all players have been sent an online waiver by 4/15
Verify all players have completed online waiver no later than 4/18, 7pm. Players that have not completed this online via emailed form will not be allowed to play.
Check in entire team on Friday 4/18 anytime between 12pm-6pm. If your team is not checked in they can't play. You can send a representative in your place if needed.
Check in location is James Regional Sports Park in the tents.
