Division availability shown below is updated real time (as soon as registration is confirmed on our side with completed payment).

WAITLIST INFORMATION: We can only accept teams in waitlisted divisions in pairs. If you register your team on a waitlist, your team will be accepted under the conditions that 1 more team needs to register, or a team needs to drop out to guarantee your spot. All teams that register on the waitlist will be notified either way no later than 10/15 of registration confirmation. If your team is not accepted then a full refund will be sent same day.

Age is determined by year not date.
Must be division age to play in that division.
Example: to play in over 40 you must turn 40 by 12/31/24
Open division players must be at least 18 on tournament date to play,

Players may play on 2 teams max, must be in different divisions.

Mandatory team manager check in Friday November 8, 2024 from 12-6pm at the fields.

Division champions will receive team championship banner, individual gift for each player on roster, 50% off 2025 event.

$500 Deposit to guarantee your teams spot. Team balance due 11/1 (updated from 10/15)
Registration fee is $1400
No refunds for any reason. Fees paid can not be used for future events
Teams are not confirmed in event until payment is received

All players must have a valid Drivers License or Passport onsite to match previously submitted ID on online roster

Players caught cheating/fake ID will cause entire team to forfeit remainder of the event. No refunds or financial compensation will be given to teams impacted

TEAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

All players will be required to complete online roster form to include copy of ID, selfie, and a unique email address. Players will be emailed a participant waiver to be signed online only.

Team Manager Responsibilities:

Manage team roster. All players must be listed on the team roster online no later than 11/5. No changes or additions will be allowed after this date.
Upload team photo or logo artwork by 10/28
Upload team jersey colors by 10/28
Monitor team roster to verify all players have been sent an online waiver by 11/6.
Verify all players have completed online waiver no later than 11/8, 7pm. Players that have not completed this online via emailed form will not be allowed to play.
Check in entire team on Friday 11/8 anytime between 12pm-6pm. If your team is not checked in they can't play. You can send a representative in your place if needed.
